Still Point ©

The slow, steady emergence of spring expressed in the gyrational unfolding of Still Point’s movement is much like a crocus emerging through the frozen and cold ground to become the harbinger of spring’s hope and promise. The point of inspiration for Still Point was that moment when the second hand sweeps past midnight; when yesterday becomes today while holding the promise of tomorrow.
The original painting of Still Point is hanging in a clinic in Chaska, Minnesota.
